Jan Busse, REALTOR® – Listing Agent
Founder Jan Busse of The Busse Group provides an unprecedented level of expertise, service, and commitment. Lead Listing Agent for the group, Jan was number one in listing sales for the entire Highland Lakes MLS, both in number of homes sold and in dollar volume for 2014. Jan brings a ten-year real estate career of superlative sales performance. Creative and business focused, her mindset is apparent in all aspects of the transaction.
Utilizing clever, polished, and professional marketing and advertising campaigns, Jan provides the brand vision for the group. Effective Internet marketing techniques combined with her innovative negotiating skills lead to high yielding contracts for Busse Group sellers. Jan is a member of Keller William’s Luxury Homes International, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and a Million Dollar Guild member. She and Roy serve on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty’s Lake Travis Market Center’s three offices.
Nicole Deal, REALTOR® – Listing Specialist
As the team’s Listing Specialist, Nicole is responsible for lead conversion and many other aspects the listing process. From preparing monthly market trend charts, to providing clients with specific market information about their individual homes, she is always up-to-date on current conditions. Nicole accompanies Jan on all new listing appointments, assisting with any questions potential clients may have about our processes. Nicole prospects for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources (including homes that were previously listed but did not sell), responds to inbound leads, schedules appointments for potential listing clients, manages the client databases, and conducts thorough lead follow up and nurturing. Nicole works side by side with the Marketing Director to effectively solicit and acquire all new listing clients. Her industry knowledge, excellent people skills, energetic, sincere attitude, and professionalism inspire clients and partners alike.
Mary Jo Callaway, REALTOR® -Contract to Close Coordinator
Mary Jo runs a tight ship. Carrying out contract to close and assisting with negotiations, she performs some of our most important processes and procedures. Working with clients, cooperating agents, title companies, and vendors, Mary assures smooth, efficient transactions in a very stressful, fast paced environment. Her attention to detail, focused work ethic, and unparalleled integrity, has made her a vital component of our company’s success.
Marketing Director for The Busse Group, Laura is responsible for the marketing, communication, and business development efforts of the company. In addition to strategic expansion efforts, she directs media relations, branding, advertising, social media campaigns, and website development.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from Portland State University where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in International Development. In her free time, Laura can be found practicing yoga or performing at the local community theatre.
Avelina Muñoz– Client Services Coordinator
Client Services Coordinator, Avelina’s most important job is client relations. She is instrumental in providing The Busse Group’s world class service, happily exceeding the expectations of our clients, vendors, and cooperating agents. Avelina is the liaison for our company in the real estate community, coordinating showings, maintaining our feedback reporting system, and working with every agent and broker on showings.
